Mr. Neal receives award from the Kentucky Justice Association

On December 3, 2020, Mr. Neal was presented with an award from the Kentucky Justice Association’s Board of Governors for his work as a past-president of the association for “extraordinary service during an extraordinary time.” His work included presenting seminars for KJA in Kentucky and nationally on the topic of “Business Interruption Insurance” and authoring an article for the Advocate on “Frivolous Defenses”. Mr. Neal thanked Penny Hendy, the outgoing president of the KJA, for her leadership during 2020 and her capable handling of unparalleled obstacles as the coronavirus gripped our country. He also thanked the Board and the entire staff of KJA for their extraordinary efforts.
